Prior to entering the private sector, Mr. Hibbeln served over three decades in the U.S. Defense Department and Intelligence Community, championing novel uses of commercial systems, sensors, and platforms. Mr. Hibbeln was the First Director of the Special Capabilities Office, overseeing $2 billion.

Mr. Morse is currently Senior Advisor at Hartree Partners. Prior to Hartree Partners, Mr. Morse was Global Head of Commodity Research at Citi Group, and prior to that was Head of Commodity Research at Credit Suisse and the Chief Energy Economist at Lehman Brothers. Prior to his commercial career, Mr. Morse was the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for International Energy Policy.

Uri Mermelstein is a real estate development principal and founder of Top Rock Holdings, engaged in the acquisition, ownership, investment, management, and development of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, having successfully redeveloped over 50 multi-family properties nationally. Top Rock Holdings has acquired close to 3 million SF of commercial properties nationwide with valuations of over $2 billion. Currently, the portfolio consists of 3 million SF of office, retail, and multifamily properties.

Mr. James has more than three decades of experience across credit trading desks of both buy-side and sell-side financial firms and markets. He is currently the Managing Partner of Deep Hollow Advisors LLC, which advises macro hedge funds, high-net-worth families, and private companies, with a complementary emphasis on disruptive technologies. Prior to this, Mr. James was Global Head of Spread Products Strategy Research at Citi Group. Before that, he was Partner, Global Head of Research, and a Member of the Management Committee for the macro hedge fund CQS.

John McDonald was the Smart Grid Business Development Leader for GE’s Grid Solutions business. Mr. McDonald has over 50 years of experience in the electric utility industry. He was responsible for setting and driving the vision that integrated GE’s standards participation and industry organization participation through regulatory policy participation and product/systems development for designing comprehensive solutions for customers. Mr. McDonald is an IEEE Life Fellow, Member of the National Academy of Engineering, and IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) Past President.

Mr. Phillips currently serves as the Managing Partner at Ravenbridge Capital Partners. Previously, Mr. Phillips held the position of Head of Americas Sustainable Finance Research at Citigroup, where he led cross-divisional initiatives in sustainable and climate research and oversaw global sustainable debt initiatives. Before his tenure at Citigroup, Adam played a significant role at the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund's Office of Investment Management. As Head of Sustainable Investing, he was instrumental in overseeing the fund's sustainable investments, securing new commitments, and fostering the development of innovative sustainable investing funds.
